Events that are marked as public will be added to our calendar with the details being open to all viewers. Public events that align with Westminster's mission can also be shared on Westminster's social media and/or website to help spread the word for your group/organization.

Private events will be added to the public calendar as "Rental" with only the time and space requirements outlined. These events will not be shared on Westminster's social media and/or website.
 
 
 
 
Rentals are only considered booked after:
a) meeting with the office administrator to review details
b) the full rental agreement has been signed by a representative of Westminster United Church and the organization, family, group leader or individual named as the “renter,” and,
c) the required deposit or payment has been received.
